This review is dedicated to Dr.Goretti. So readers please take note as sometimes you can find a pot of gold even if you don't see the rainbow! Ok so listen, for many years I have suffered with I guess a skin complaint what ever that is , there's so many skin conditions out there even the best of General Doctors can get confused.. So I spent miserable years scratching the skin of my arms ,blood all over the bedding and a wife or in fact nobody understanding what I was going through. Like everyone else I searched the internet and oh yes there were plenty of answers and guess what? , ya you know what I'm going to say . Going back to the good old GP , well I have a great GP but unfortunately she could not nail the problem, so I almost began to resign to the fact that I was going to have to live with the terrible itch from hell. Then sometimes in life you just get lucky,I was walking down the yellow brick road, and I stumbled across a clinic! Yes clinic cemo , I stopped for a moment looking through the glass thinking oh !!! I'm sure this place is good , then I said to myself " go ,go and ask you have nothing to lose. So I took a deep breath and walked in not knowing what to expect. Let me tell you readers it was the best move I have ever made . They just took control of my anxiety immediately making me feel very comfortable as well as giving a very professional approach. So this was the rainbow I never seen in which lead me to my pot of gold . Yes my Treasure was Dr.Goretti , in just one visit she nailed my problem, with exceptional knowledge , she even took the time and effort to try and explain to me my condition in great detail, which just inforced to me how dedicated she actually was , what made the difference was that she really took my problem on board, and I could see without a doubt she was going to get to the bottom of my skin complaint. Dr Goretti prescribed the treatment "just one wonder cream" , and I'm not joking when I say my itchy arms were no longer, it was for me a small miracle, I couldn't believe after all these years that I could ever be curled. So readers this only leaves me one thing to say , well two actually!! , never give up searching, even when you think you are at the end of the road , I just hope you all find your pot of gold as I did . I went there to have cataracts removed. I was told by the doctor if I had these special lenses I would not need glasses but instead of it being free from Medifiact she said it would cost €1500. They sent me to different clinics in Barcelona. One I had to wait 2 hours. Now they say it is another 1500 euros and my eyes are much worse than they were. I can't work on my computer and i can't see all the numbers and letters on my phone. I do need glasses which I didn't use before except for long sighted. I went to the clinic which belongs to Medifiatc in Barcelona on the advice of my optician and theÿ discovered I had Macular degeneration which was not noticed at the Cemo Clinic. I did a reclamation which they have ignored. They told me unless I paid another 1500 euros they would not see me or deal with the problems. I would not recommend them to anyone and if I had seen the reviews would not have gone there

Llamo para hacer una revisión para el carnet de conducir me dicen que por la mañana es hasta las 13h y por la tarde hasta las 19h y mi sorpresa que por trabajo llego a las 19:50 y me dicen que ya han hecho caja y que no me pueden atender que venga otro día que si vengo por la mañana lo más tarde a las 12:30 ya que si no no me podrán atender y por la tarde a las 18:30. Mi pregunta es para que está el horario cuando te dicen que hasta las 19h te pueden atender. Un sitio nada recomendable.

La Dra Goreti es una gran professional,en fa un seguiment de la pell desde fa un temps i la veritat estic molt content.I ojala hagues conegut mes aviat a Eva l’esteticient,com a professional un 10 i com a persona molt agradable.

Pésima la poca profesionalidad para pedir visita y saber agendar una cita.., después de llamar, que me llegue un mensaje de texto diciéndome que ahora me miran fecha, dejarme en espera mas de 24 horas en Whatsapp, volver a ponerme en contacto con ellos por mail, me dicen, mándame tu numero de teléfono. Ya lo tenéis. Tanto trabajo de mas es, buscar nombre paciente y ponerse en contacto? A parte de seguir en espera por whatsapp, y eso que me pusieron, "no hemos podido atender tu llamada, TE ATENDEREMOS EN BREVE". Chao, me atendieron en otra ya clínico. Los médicos del centro bien las veces que he ido, administración y gestión de citas, de lo peor.

Me pasé hoy a recoger un papel que desde la semana pasada me dijeron que ya estaría listo para el lunes, me paso hoy y me dicen que no lo encuentran, me dicen que a las 8:15 me mandarían un imeil, llamo a las 7:50 y me cogen el teléfono a las 7:58. Después de 8 minutos esperando cuando digo quién soy van i me cuelgan el teléfono. Me parece vergonzoso.
