Excellent service! Went for a cleaning session and the entire experience was flawless! And I felt very comfortable and well looked after .. would definitely recommend to everyone! Keep up the great work !

I won’t be coming back here. I had a tooth removed on 27.05 by Dr. Armando — the procedure itself went fine, and the healing process was smooth. However, the situation during my first visit left a very unpleasant impression. After the initial examination, when I was already prepared for a standard extraction, the doctor suddenly quoted a "new" price — €150 instead of €90 — claiming that additional surgical intervention was needed. But I knew for certain that the tooth didn’t require surgery. Once I refused to pay the higher price, it suddenly turned out that the procedure could be done without any extra intervention. This kind of behavior raises serious doubts about honesty and integrity. It felt like they were just trying to get as much money out of me as possible, rather than genuinely helping. As a patient, I felt deceived. Today (03.06) I came in to have the stitches removed — everything went fine. But I will not be returning to this clinic. I believe it’s important to share this experience so others can be aware.

Хочу поблагодарить клинику DENTAL OMEGA за брекет-лечение моего сложного случая! Им пришлось взять меня после предыдущего ортодонта и продлить ее работу. Я очень переживала из за языкового барьера, но зря, мы общались на английском, пока я не начала говорить на испанском:). Уровень проффecионализма был виден сразу на бесплатной консультации - мне сделали КТ (тоже бесплатно) ознакомились с историей и планом лечения предыдущего ортодонта и определили самый лучший вариант без замены моих брекетов на другие. Оказывается все клиники использует свою модель брекетов и обычно ортодонты работают только с своей, поэтому мне в всех клиниках, предлагали снять мои брекеты и поставить по новому, а это мне бы обошлось от 2500 до 3500 Евро. Приятным плюсом оказалось то что в клинике DENTAL OMEGA можно платить помесячно, и цена за такое качество обслуживание реально супер! В общем что бы подитожить, в клинике именно такие специалисты, попадая в кресло которых, ты точно знаешь что все идёт по плану. Нет никаких навязанных услуг, обследований и т. д. Подробно объясняют что делают, что будут делать и почему. Результат отличный, рекомендую!

Really nice staff here. I’ve had a few different treatments and come over from Scotland since I really like this dentist. Prices are good, and the way you are treated is even better. I even got a text to see how I was feeling after my implant. Highly recommend them 100%
