Clinica Dental Dr. Mateos

It was a worthwhile experience. The receptionist is very kind and accommodating. The place is very well-kept from the reception, to the equipment, restroom, waiting room and the insides. The dentist (Dr. Hesus/Jesus) was very delicate and wonderful. He explained what happened first and guided me all throughout the process. The dental assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Overall, my procedure was done smoothly.

This has been, without a doubt, my best dental experience ever - Dr. Mateus, Kaira and the team went above and beyond my expectations. Given the complexity of my dental situation, I wasn't sure what could be achieved—but they delivered results I didn’t think were possible. What truly stood out was how thoroughly they educated me at every step. For the first time, I felt fully informed about my dental health and the reasoning behind each part of the treatment plan. I’ve visited many dentists over the years, but none have come close to the level of care, professionalism, and transparency I experienced here. The entire team is warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. If you're looking for a dental practice that combines expertise with genuine care, I highly recommend Dr. Mateus and his team.

Hi Living in England for nearly 30 years and utterly disappointed with English dentist. I was then in Gibraltar when I came across an old friend from Mateos. Live has many turns and twists. Was through her friend I did get in touch with him. Time forward and I had 6 implants. I can't say it has all been pain free but the English weather has helped. I had 2 visits and completed the first part of the implants. Missed my check up after three months due to work commitments. Finally got all my molars and I can finally chew my food properly.. The team is amazing. They bend over backwards to accommodate you to get you sorted. I am needle phobic and asked them not to explain anything to me while doing it. They truly complied with my request and made me feel at ease at all times. I have a smile now and can chew my food properly. Still recovering a bit but well worthy the visits. The implants are good quality as well as the workmanship. They are very friendly and definitely value for money. One of my friends has had some work done already and wasn't disappointed neither. From now on I would rather fly and have my treatments there than anywhere else.. I wish English dentist will take the pride and effort Jesus Mateos put in his work and patients. Till my next appointment.

Después de casi 1 mes de espera para una cita, llamo porq no me encuentro bien y cancelo. Vuelvo a llamar a los 5 min. Para decir que cambié d idea y voy a ir porq si no quien sabe cuanto tiempo voy a tener q volver a esperar.. y me dicen q ya es tarde! Pues nada, a otro sitio que me voy! Q vergüenza

Estoy de pasada en la linea,tengo un problema con una muela y la clinica me dio una sita al dia despues. Soy super miedosa para el dentista pero gracias porque el doctor tiene una mano super delicada y sus colaboradores son super amables.gracias porque todo fue muy simple y fluido a pesar de mi miedo inicial, sobretodo por estar lejos de mi dentista abitual.gracias y super onestos.
