Dr Neuhaus successfully replaced both my husband´s hip joints this year. Dr Alf is a very experienced surgeon who speaks fluent English and has an extremely reassuring bedside manner, as well as being a very funny guy. Amazingly, the experience included a lot of laughter. We placed our trust in him and his excellent post--op physio team and they have given my husband his life back. We highly recommend him.

I recommend this clinic. Doctor Alf is a professional and, at the same time, very empathic person. He opened the clinic the day before my wedding reception to help me with my lower back pain. I got better and could enjoy the important day.

I was very lucky to find Dr Alf. In December 2023 I had a knee replacement performed by a doctor covered under my health insurance. I knew almost instantly something was not right. After many months of physical therapy and no gain, I decided to pursue a second opinion. I found Dr. Alf on Google. I met with him and he agreed that I needed a second surgery to correct the problem. I had this surgery 10 days ago and the problem was as he suspected and is now fixed. I can walk again without pain. Dr Alf is an excellent physician, but most importantly for me, he really listens. He has stood by me through the surgery and my aftercare. I am very grateful to have found him and he will be my first stop for any future structural issues. Also, I have been working with Oona, a physical therapist, for several months. She has helped me with issues related to my back, knee, and overall flexibility. I also really enjoy her weekly Pilates class which I attend regularly. She is very organized and thorough. I am grateful to have found her.

Dr Neuhaus hat mich Ende Mai spontan am meniskus operiert, ja ist teuer ABER antwortet sonntags WhatsApp, nimmt sich die Zeit, Knie funktioniert wieder wie es soll, habe kaum noch schmerzen, nichtmal nach dem Tennis jetzt. Er ist Hustler und dafur Respekt, alles top, Mindset und Mentalität rechtfertigen den Preis und mir geht's wieder gut.

Dr Alf and physios marvellous. After 6 months couldn't see a scar and my leg works fine. I would not recommend the hospital. Take food in with you. Would recommend Dr. Alf and his team.

I had a total knee replacement 4 weeks ago by Dr Alf Neuhaus. The whole process was really good, from contacting the clinic via email through to discharge. The team is excellent. I had the operation in Torremolinos and out patient treatments at the clinic in Benalmadena. Oona, the physio, is amazing. She is kind and gentle but at the same time pushes you a bit further to do things you dont believe you can. Tamara did lymphatic massage. That made such a difference to my pain and mobility. All in all a fabulous service and I have had an excellent outcome. I would highly recommend this Clinic and the team whether you live in Spain or travel from the UK for surgery as I did. I returned home after 3 weeks and now at 4 weeks post surgery I am walking short distances unaided. Still a way to go and doing the exercises daily. I am so glad I have had the surgery and look forward to resuming my life in the coming weeks and months. Thank you all.

Three years on from surgery & I have certainly changed my mind. In my experience Mr Alf Neuhaus is a business man first, and an accomplished salesman. In addition his behavior towards me was highly unprofessional, on a number of occasions. A Spanish Doctor has since advised me a neurosurgeon should have been involved, given the severity of my case. I have never fully recovered, daily pain and debilitation. I have deleted the previous review, written soon after my surgery, and solicited by Dr Alf! I do not recommend Alf Neuhaus, nor his clinic as a whole. (On my first consultation he immediately diagnosed me with hip dysplasia, which I definitely don't have! Before realizing I was suffering from a serious back issue. Is misdiagnosis of hip dysplasia a recurring theme?!).
